Broner has zero charisma or personality. Would truly love to see Rees knock the shite out of him.

 

Broner's unravelling like a deck chair. All those silly pre-rehearsed jokes about cabbage, nobody laughed and Rees wasn't at all fazed. He was clearly uncomfortable on the mic, that's why he was stuttering. The same with all the hand gestures too, anyone will tell you that's a sign of nerves.

I'd have loved had Gavin said shouted "sit down and shut up you wanker, you're embarrassing yourself."

Gavin is winning the mind games battle, no doubt about it.

Personally, I don't think Broner is nervous, to me he didn't look nervous at all, he just looked like the kid in school who tried his hardest to be funny and impress everyone but failed.

 

He's not nervous, he just likes to act the twat.

People who are saying that Rees is going to get completely embarrassed are seriously gassed off their peanut. Rees is a vastly underrated, horribly awkward, experienced and clever fighter. He's not going to just stand there and make things easy for Broner like every other opponent Adrien has faced.

Sure, if I was a betting man I would put my money on a Broner victory but to write off Rees' chances completely is plain ****ing dumb. People saying it would be the biggest upset in boxing history, would it ****. How can a top 10 fighter beating another top 10 fighter be a huge upset?

Broner is going to have to prove his worth on Saturday. It's likely he'll win sure but he's NOT going to destroy Gavin, at least not for the majority of the fight anyway. People need to stop slurping up Broner's jizz. Just because all the Americans wank over him doesn't make him the real deal.

 

But what are we talking about, hype? Or getting behind our own no matter what? I dont see why we should get behind fighters simply because they carry the same flag.

I'm sure more people would get behind Rees if they thought he had a chance. But from what I can see, is that he was rushed over to simply fill up a date for Broner. None of them really want to be there. Broner wants to fight Burns, and Rees was just a brain fart after Burns went for another lap around the park. Rees is being made to look like ****, and he's not, he is a decent boxer.

Rees looks as if: "What the f*ck am I doing here, getting bullied, made to look ****, but it dont matter, I'm getting paid, if I lose, I lose....Oh and while we are here, I'm gonna knock this ***** out, yeh whatever, thanks."
