The point is Ricky Burns didn't have the minerals, ran off to the Scottish Highlands and hid, so Broner needed an opponent. And nobody stepped up except Gavin Rees.

    Figure him out?

Broner can box him at range
    Box him on the inside
    Bang him
    Dance around him

    Whatever he likes

IF Rees turns out to be a pretty tough good boxer then all Broner has to do is stay rangy and that's Rees nuetralised.

You know your not facing the right opponent when you can clown around in the ring... Thinks he is the re-incarnation of RJJ and Mayweather

Isn't Eddie Hearn getting tired of his fighters losing every time they fight for a world title?
His fighters live and ply their trade in a whole different world and prove it each time they step up.Broner by brutal tko 4 or 5 rounds(or,whenever he wants to stop the show).:-(

Good luck to Rees, he's tough and determined; it would be great see the upset.

However, I think Broner is a class above Rees and will probably stop him.

    World title fights = £££

Rees will make good money from this, he wouldn't fighting at euro level in the UK. He doesn't even headline cards here.

Rees is a bum, was mediocre at his best and that was 6 years ago. Broner inside 3.

Rees is in the top 10. This is a great stay-busy fight.

Going to say Broner stops him around round 7 or 8, but really wouldn't be surprised if its a UD.

    When? :huh

    Did they change the time?

As of a few days ago it was listed as just a 1-bout broadcast at 10:30pm EST.

I don't know when or was tabbed to air before the scuppering of Banks vs. Mitchell II, but or was surely earlier than 10:30...

So have they bumped or back to accommodate Bika vs. Sjekloca being included?

Broner looks huge, dont be surprised if he fails to make weight
