Anyone who was around in 2008 will know Margarito was regarded as the most feared welterweight before MOsley beat him - not to mention how huge he was. Mayweather ducked Mosley, Cotto, Margarito and Williams and went into hiding.

And how did Pacquiao duck MOsley exactly considering he didn't officially go to welterweight until his fight with Cotto? The DLH fight was a one-off, he wanted to fight DLH and moved directly up 2 divisions from 135 to do it - his intention was to go back to LW or LWW which he then did against Hatton. And then the Cotto fight came up - even then he was unsure about whether he could fight at WW and asked for 145 which Cotto agreed as it was only 1lb beneath his recent fighting weights of 146 - then he moaned like a b***h when he got his ass handed to him by a lightweight

Saying Pacquiao ducked Mosley in 2008 is like saying Mayweather is ducking Ward now - it's ridiculous what the *****s come up with. That fight would only have happened in 2008 had Mosley gone down to 140

If you can't see improvements in Cotto, you should probably start watching more boxing. Also, there is an argument that he was #1 at LMW with the division still waiting for someone to step up.
