The OP obviously has a point. Floyd has never not been low-risk, high-reward at WW+

If none of you wanted to see the Margo, Pac, Cotto, or Paul Williams fights earlier than I think your crazy. Not expecting all of them, but maybe 1 or two fighters that the fans clamored for him to fight. It is what it is.

So you critique *****s for saying he'd beat or be favored to beat this guy or that guy, but it's righteous when you do the same **** with Concretefisto? What a hypocritical childish **** you are.

That's because Shane thought he was going to fight Pacquiao and Team Pac lead him on then ultimately ducked him

That's what I said. Yeah, Floyd called out Mosley a long time ago, before he fought Oscar. The fact is he wasn't a big name and that's probably why Mosley didn't fight him. What you like to ignore is that after the Oscar fight, Mosley was begging for a shot at Floyd for years and he was avoided like the plague. Floyd even said at one point 'Mosley wasn't a ppv attraction' (even though he ended up doing his 2nd highest PPV numbers with him.)

He called him out around the Corley or Mitchell fights which was more then 7 months. Either way, he avoided him for years after the Oscar fight. Mosley was the champ and begged Floyd to fight him and Floyd went for Marque instead (the lightweight champion), and said Mosley 'wasn't a ppv attraction.'

No Mosley was asked to fight Floyd after Vargas and Mosley said no he wanted to be with his family.

So Floyd fought Oscar instead. This is common knowledge.

mosley also blamed it on his tooth.

in all fariness, four months to prepare for floyd after two consecutive fights with vargas is a little much to ask from shane.

Well they were looking at after the Baldomir fight. Shane would have had plenty of time to get ready for it.

2005 fights were against bruseles and gatti

    postfight interview floyd-bruseles http://youtu.be/CEHF5HX6Jb0

after shane had lost 2 in a row in 2004 and his confidence was down, floyd made a ***** move and did call out shane early in 2005. shane appeared to have only wanted some tune ups and didn't fight floyd. when shane started winning again, floyd never called him out again.

...and after the gatti fight also in 2005, floyd called out winky then backed out when winky agreed to all of floyd's demand, even with the rehydration clause.

Yet the talks weren't serious until Mosley beat Vargas twice and wanted to go back down to 147 where Floyd was king. :smoke

   ....by beating baldomir??

if floyd wanted to take a serious and legit threat at that time, margarito was available and was calling him out to his face.

that call out to shane is just like floyd's other call out with winky and pac...."i didn't say that, i didn't say that at all, so don't put words in my mouth"

    floyd was just bullshittin'.
