cotto saw an easier life at 154 since a hard life existed at 147 with margo and pac.

    right time.

    right place.

you would have to be another clueless esb member to think that a fight with 147 margo was more dangerous than a fight with 154 dlh.

especially after dlh just humiliated mayorga.

prime mayorga(forrest) and prime margo(cotto) is an even money fight.

and floyd made arguably five times(25mm) more fighting dlh.

Floyd at WW since 2005, fought:

    Baldomir
    Mitchell
    Judah
    Hatton (junior ww)
    Marquez (lightweight)
    Ortiz
    Guerrero (?)
    [Grandpa] Mosley

    Didn't fight:

    Prime Cotto
    Prime Margarito
    Younger Mosley
    Paul Williams
    Pacquiao

It doesn't take a mathematician to tell this **** don't add up.

He could have set up the fight after De La Hoya when Shane was begging him for a fight. Floyd wanted nothing to do with him and for good reason, we saw what happened when a shot Mosley had him on wobbly legs.

Pac within a year of moving up to WW beat De La Hoya, Hatton (at his own weight), and Cotto (29 and still near his prime) - and he did this all as the smaller man, practically jumping up from super featherweight. That right there pisses on anything Floyd did at the weight. Then he fought Clottey (ranked WW and one of the most avoided WW for years), gave away 20lbs fighting Margarito who Floyd ducked, took a money fight with Mosley, then easily beat Tim Bradley (undefeated, #1 at 140).

Floyd got into WW in 2005, and JUST got around to fighting Mosley in 2010, and Cotto in 2012. That's a sad fuking statement if I ever saw one.

Mosley beat Margarito a year 1/2 before he fought Floyd, and he was probably roided out his eyeballs. That Mosley would have knocked Floyd's head off. We saw what a shot to **** Mosley was able to do to Floyd.
