Kenny Anderson vacates British title, Smith vs Dodson for vacant title?

smith has done ****all to get another shot at it nor has dodson.makes you wonder how the BBBoC can send it to purse bids.fielding v an active contender would of been my choice

Anderson came across as a spoilt child following the loss to Groves. And after all his whining about not getting his shot versus Groves, it's a bit cheap to give up the belt for "personal reasons".

 

That's not fair. How do you know he doesn't have serious issues outside the ring to deal with which prevent him from fighting right now? Anyway, he's hardly missing out on a big fight is he, fighting Paul Smith. That would be hard to get yourself up for at the best of times.

 

It isn't fair in the slightest, you're absolutely right. But boo-hoo, quite honestly. It wasn't fair his mates threatening Groves either.

No, I don't. But I find it hard to take much of what he says seriously. Whining about time to prepare, acting like a thug, etc hardly engenders my sympathy.

Anderson probably knew who it was who was abusing Groves, he probably just wasn't arsed because George wouldn't fight him. Don't 100% blame him either, all the apparent racist abuse Groves' wife got was unacceptable of course but it shouldn't be up to Kenny to do anything about it.
