Adrien Broner or Canelo Alverez?

What Rhodes wins are better than Jorge Linares and John Molina Jr.?

 

Canelo but I won't vote because it could go either way. Broner has beaten the best ranked opponent in his division, but Canelo has beat a slew of more competent fighters IMO.

You always let me know there is sensible posters here in ESB.

It seems everyone picking Broner points to his "highly" ranked opponents. However, in my eyes Canelo has faced lesser ranked opponents who are still just as good if not better than Broners.

I voted for too close to call because it really is. People knocking on Canelo for fighting WWs need to realize that the LMW he called out would not fight him. Also look at Broners opponents. They are all half the size he is.

everyone of canelos defenses are garbage and flawed except for ryan rhodes.

and thats why there is so much hate on canelo and none on broner.

 

At the first look Broner's resume seems to be better, but he looked pretty bad against PDL. So, i won't vot...

The diff is Broner won his LW title from a legit champ.
Canelo was given the title as a gift against a welter and haven't defend it against a legit contender.

 

Alvarez needs to start fighting people at weight and stop blowing up small guys. It isn't even like he is in a division where good fights can't be made. Lots of named fighters. Somehow, he ends up still fighting blow up dolls.
