Nobody but the Klits. Wlad with Sdunkek just wasn't as good as he's been since he went with Steward. I think either coulda beaten LL as he kept aging.

 

Lewis had an era? I thought that he was just a transitional champ filling the gap between the top dogs of the 90's... Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe... and the Klitschkos. Lewis didn't have much a title reign after he beat an over the hill Holyfield, did he? People aren't pretending like beating Tyson's corpse or escaping a fight that he was losing against Vitali as big career defining fights are they?

Like I said... Lewis was a transitional champ. He was in the backround while the true stars of the 90s were running the division and fighting each other... he picked off a couple of over the hill past greats, beat Grant, Tua, and Botha, and ran off when the Klitschkos burst onto the scene and Vitali outboxed him in the ring. I'm not impressed.

 

Didn't Lewis have a longer run than Holy? Holy lost the belt 3 times in the 90's alone. You don't get much more of a transitional champ than Holyfield.

And to champion Holyfield, while denigrate Lewis for fighting "over the hill past greats" is superb.

Don't think Lewis fought any guys over 40 years old in title defences, let alone 2 of them.
