Khan to lopez "were both natural 140 lbsers, lets do this at a catchweight"

lopez made his career at 140 for 2 fights he was fighting above the 140. so it isn't unreasonable for khan to ask for a fight between 140-147. it doesn't justify your previous statement claiming he needs to man up, he's the one getting in the ring and fighting, you're the one sitting behind a computer with more then 100,000 posts to you're name.

It's not unreasonable for him to ask Lopez to come to 140, it's unreasonable for him to justify it by saying he won't go to 147 for one fight because he won't be 100% coming back down. When he's asking Lopez to come down after multiple fights above 140, one being two weight classes above. How are people not getting this? :huh

Lopez beats Khan( as he exists today). Khan shuts Lopez out the first six rounds. Khan gets pummeled 9-12 and is stopped. Lopez has a devastating knack for punching with guys and shocking those who are allegedly more talented than him. Also, Lopez has a good motor on him. I think as fatigue sets in and Khan resorts to old ways, Khan gets caught.

Now if Hunter can form Khan into the Khan we all feel he should be (fighting long, picking spots, constant movement, NO BRAWLING)? Khan all day. Khan fighting like Khan beats or seriously troubles almost anyone at 140 or 147.

 

They should fight at WW and weigh what they weigh. This way they won't have to worry about weight and focus strictly on training.

Khan one of the fastest fighters in the world, but has low IQ. He could of decisioned Garcia easily, but stands in front to trade with Garcia. Maybe its part of the reason Angel Garcia likes to smack talk and taunt his son's opponents to lure them into a toe to toe match with Danny. Seems like that tactic could be working. If El Terrible wasn't so shot he would of beaten Garcia with ease the first time around. Lopez can't hurt Khan he's tailor made for him.

 

Multiple fights? he's only had 2 atsch, and why don't you **** on Alvarez for bullying a junior welterweight or golden boy for putting him in 2 fights he should have never been in. don't lay heat on khan, khans made it clear he's not done at 140 yet.

How does any of the above excuse the statement Khan made? I won't go to 147 for one fight because I will be weaker coming back to 140. But I do want you to come back down to 140 and be weaker, after you've fought above it twice...
