Don't really know, but Matthysse and Golovkin are looking good for the future. Vitali Klitschko has the highest KO percentage in heavyweight boxing history and Vlad is not far behind. So, put them in the ring with SOB Ward and they would knock him out, afterall Ward claims to be the best in any division, but he won't fight either Klitschko. Klitschkos beat any fighter in any weight division.

Foreman and Frazier blatantly ducked Shavers. There is a reason they ducked him.

Establish a criteria for yourself and see how guys you think stack up. Weigh the relevancy of: early KO's, one punch KO's, KO % among wins, notable opponents, etc.

Julian Jackson, Naseem Hamed, Tommy Hearns, and Bob Fitzsimmons I most agree with of those listed.

Ones who come straight to mind, are Hearns, Jackson, McClellan, Tyson, Hamed, Rocky Marciano.
