The last time Mayweather fought a real threat was Castillo at 135 lbs.
Add DLH on that mix if you want to consider that though DLH had allready been beaten by Mosley twice and soundly beaten by Hopkins, at least DLH was still a pretty good fighter who held physical advantages.
I would say though that Castillo was more a threat to Mayweather going in than DLH was.
