I doubt Broner will fight anyone dangerous for quite some time.

There are better fights at 140, who's he gonna fight at 135? He's fought at 140 before, no reason not to move up.

It's tough to put together better fights in a weight class which is at its weakest in a long time. But then again, maybe that's why he's at Lightweight in the first place. I'm sure he'll move up to 140 as soon as the best guys in the division either retire or move up to 147.

what's wrong with you boxing fans nowadays? What's wrong with cleaning out a division? You want these guys run up to the highest possible weight class they can fight at right away. He's 23 years old in his second weight class. Let him grow up some.
I don't see this **** for any other fighter except Ward or people that want Mayweather to fight at 160.

unify the division then move up in weight. that's the plan. great for his legacy. he's only 23 and doesn't need to rush anything. 140 will be hot for a while.

I think Broner just needs a tune-up vs someone like Pacquiao first before moving up to 140 or 147.

Vazquez and Burns...both of which would be pretty big fights.
