Oh you mean like Mundine calling out Kessler for a rematch for 2 years and then vacating the belt and running away to MW when Kessler became his mandatory?

    That **** look?

Mr Negative at it again

How many times ever do you think two Aussies have fought each other for a legit title on home soil??

I'll take a guess and say only twice in history. Because the only two I can think off are Geale vs Mundine and Barry Michael vs Lester Ellis. Feel free to suggest others? It won't be a very long list though.

If they can sell only the 3rd occasion where two Aussies have ever fought for a legit title on home soil, they aint trying.

Even that's not full-blooded considering Lester and Barry were both born in the Old Dart.

this is a country of 20+ million people not 200 hundred million this fight will sell to interested boxing fans big deal if it doesn't get a hundreds of thousands ppv if they make a deal worth while and include a decent aussie undercard it will get decent interest under geales stewardship boxing worth watching is back

This bloke is on the money. :good

The real fans will buy this, which will partially compensate for the reduced normal public purchasers.

Maybe they'll have another sideshow attraction like they did with Kimbo to assist with numbers?
If they aren't, perhaps they should.

no doubt if the undercard is good it will encourage more PPV buys but Geale vs Soliman alone isnt enough to draw much of an intrest. Its an ugly fight that no one really wants to see happen and the only reason it is going ahead is because Soliman is forcing the fight as the mandatory and Geale doesnt want to risk loosing the only title he has.

    WTF does YDKSAB mean?
