This is a good sign, hope he gets a couple of good fights under his belt by the end of the year, he was really turning into a waste of talent. It's also a good thing he's got a vet like McCline on his side.

 

Perez vs Chagaev would be ideal.

Solis and Dimi also have fights scheduled, wouldn't mind seeing him fight one of then.

 

Fought all types of fighters (Southpaws, Speed, Power punchers, Counter Punchers, fighters from 5'11 to 7' 2) Fought at world level (Wlad, Valuev, Peter, Byrd)
I also believe he beat Byrd.

He is also a humble guy and easy to make a good relationship with. Im glad he's now retired and went into coaching.

 

Absolutely, I don't know if your saying McCline was bad though, but for someone who picked up boxing late he had a great career.

 

He is a natrual heavy, a good weight for him is 230 he didn't look flabby in the prizefighter. He's got that Chisora or Sam Peter build but a bit smaller, both there best weights are 240.

Chisora 6' 1½ 240 lbs
Peter 6' 2 240 lbs

Id say 225-230 is fine for Perez, a bit shorter and not as stocky as the above.
