This guy again I'm 95% sure that his fights are fixed. When you have a title win against the mighty "unknown" on your record you know something dodgy is going on. Here is an interview with him where he claims he is the WBA and WBC champion. atsch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AR3vRV9xM58
I fear for Toney. He is so overweight and completely shot and at 44 is an accident waiting to happen. My favourite boxer :verysad
Oldest known boxer in a sanctioned fight is Saoul Mamby who fought aged 60 in 2008. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=235&cat=boxer
What's funny is that in The Fighter, he's scheduled to face Micky Ward but pulls out due to injury and is replaced with Mike Mungin (all happened in real life) and Wahlberg playing Ward tells Amy Adams' character that Mamby "was a good fighter, but is washed up" and that it's now his time. That was in 1988.
I still think Toney has the skills to beat most the inexperienced Aussie HW top 4. If I was Toney's manager thats who I would be looking at if he's coming to Australia not Cameron or the 'mostly retired' Meehan, who would both beat Toney in his last displayed condition IMO.
