    This wasn't a murder case.

Oscar is used to buying his way out of trouble, why wouldn't he do the same for his future "superstar?"

Offer the old lady some money to drop the case.

Or have some people in Bron-Bron's posse "convince" her to do so.

Ah okay, thought the hype started in 2010.

But still, my point stands that for some reason there's a belief in American culture that if you're good at sports then the law doesn't apply.

The case I mentioned was in Ohio. Can't remember the details but essentially a gang of rapists were let off just because they were footballers. I believe the Hacker group Annonymous highlighted the incident. There was another one I read about a black American footballer who was part of a gang who went around racially attacking whites but again was let off because he was part of the college football team.

He was accused, at least, of punching her in the face and taking her purse.

He'd also had previous legal issues with theft.

I think so too! As I said in the last page... there is no way that somebody who did a robbery walks out of court with no conviction (in germany anyway) And a conviction (in criminal law) is alway available for the public (in germany). Cant be so different in the USA
But when I look at the story of Don King everything is possible in america:admin

Accused; quite often the lady has been billy bullshitting about the whole thing to try and make money by selling her story.

And the times it has been true, they have been arrested and charged. As was the case with Ched Evans. Granted, Ched got a poxy 5 year sentence but that's to be expected of the crappy British legal system who seems to give everyone a slap on the wrist these days.

If Floyd can't avoid a jail term, what the hell makes you think that Broner can?

Are you claiming this doesnt happen elsewhere.

Lee Bowyer and Jonathon Woodgate nearly kicked a guy to death and got a slap on the wrist.

Hey, if you're impressed by Broner beating up little Rees, more power to you.

I can't say Wlad beating up Mormeck did a lot for me, either.

Rees just didnt have the abilty, had nothing to do with his height. Dude doesnt have the pop to hurt broner or the defensive skills to avoid broners onslaught

Rees, top 5 LW. edit: ok, top 10.

    Mormeck, top 30 HW.

    Not exactly comparable.

As for this revelation, I'm not all that surprised and it could be a lot worse (ala Eric Morel).
