Dude Pascal was booed by some people in the last GYM boxing event... and he's a GYM fighter. Bute easily fills the Bell Centre against anyone while Pascal doesn't attract much compared to the former. Bute is more popular ainec.

As for the fight, it could go either way but I see Pascal as a clear favorite to win.

Meh, mixed feelings about this one, should be a good fight but Pascal will beat him and deprive us of a Froch rematch with Bute. It will set up Froch Pascal II nicely though, if Carl gets past Kessler ofc.

Battle of Canada?Hardly.Outside Quebec the rest of Canada wouldn't recognize either fighter. This is strictly the battle of Quebec, the only Province in Canada which will draw a capacity crowd.

Then you would've known that Bute got citizenship LAST year, not a few years ago. You're probably also from some 3rd world country and claim to be Canadian :patsch

Fight or die! They fight for their careers if it's really made.

Loser pretty much should just retire if it's not competitive, honestly.

    Bute is more popular.
    Pascal more flashy.
    Bute looks better fighting stiffs.
Pascal looks better fighting top dogs.
Bute is a cuter boxer, but at 175 lbs Pacal is stronger, hits harder.

Pascal is a beast, Bute (strictly judgeing from his last fight) is in for a night, I could say that much! He knows the gravity of this fight and the weight it really holds, I know he will train like he never trained before as this will define who is the better home town fighter.

With that said, Pascal clearly knows the danger Bute poses. Hopefully Pascal doesn't run his mouth too much cause Bute will stay classy throughout everything.

I remember I was at club Moomba in Laval a few years ago and a bouncer dropped Pascal with one hit and laid him flat out on the cement. Pascal thought he could just walk into the club with 8 goons. I bet you none of you knew that fun fact :)

No argument there. The reality is however, that neither Bute or Pascal have a fan base outside of quebec, except for the very few of us who follow boxing in Canada.
My basic point is,that this is a Quebec happening and not a Canada wide event.
