If Mayweather has 6 more fights, he ain't retiring undefeated.

More from Ellerbe on @FloydMayweather's deal: 'So bottom line, HBO was outgunned. They came to a gun fight with a knife.'

That was a shitty TR card, so us fans couldn't truly get into that, since then Showtime has stepped their game up bigtime, and has had loaded cards from top to bottom, not to mention commentators that dont dickride. And also their fight camp is far better than 24/7 these days............

Now if Tarver is back, I could really rock with this one

    Oh well.

It shouldn't affect most boxing fans. I'd expect we all have both channels. (or find ways to watch if we don't, either way)

It says UP to six times over the next 30 months. Given Floyds inactivity it seems unlikely we will get six fights out of him.

The alleged 6 fights is what's interesting though. :think

I'm shocked. I figured Showtime was going to lose a bunch of big fights when Ken Herschman left them to go to HBO.

Won't take long for Broner to move there, too. Haymon's striking a good relationship with Showtime. Same with GBP. Most of their fighters have moved over.

Props to Showtime. They deserve it. They've been doing great things over the past 3 or so years - starting with the Super Six.
