Yeah, they're gradually reigning it in. I didn't expect Floyd to move over at this point though as speculated, this negotiation was cause for the delay.

    I'm wondering about "24/7". Guess we'll see.

Their gimmic used to be oh you can blossom on Sho and then we will take you to the "big time" but now that they are losing big time fighters to sho time I can't see that pitch working out anymore.

HBO is trying to promote Donaire and maybe it will happen, but I don't see him catching on like Manny did.

Martinez doesn't have too many fights left, Mitchell's star burned quickly, they didn't make any overtures for the Olympians and it seems Showtime is the one building relationships with them (spence Jr. mainly).

I don't see where HBO is gonna last long as a premire boxing broadcaster if they don't start working to get these fighters in at the ground level like Shotime does.

    STRAIGHT G! :rofl

I only wish we could get a live facial reaction from Jim, as we got when Floyd told off Larry.

You act as if those 6 opponents aren't going to be carefully selected.

how so with harold? I can see lampley cause he can be bias but what has harold done. If you can pick 5 fights out of the hundreds he has scored that are completely inexcusable i'd be shocked. When he chimes in he is usually spot on with why the fight is going the way it is. Dude has seen more fights than you will ever see. He is a knowledgeable man in the sport

Imagine if he had Martinez, Pac, Canelo, Guerrero, Alexander on his RESUME AT THIS POINT in his career. It would bump him to 10-15 imo.

Can anyone find that animated GIF of Lampley (I think) smacking a ***** and then grinning with the caption "BIG RIGHT HAND!"

Someone - a major regular poster, can't recall who - had it in their signature a while back, when signature images were allowed.
