Reality check, current version of Marquez is way better than the bloated, sluggish, cheated on the scales, cherrypicked straight from lightweight version of Marquez that Floyd ¨the cherrypicking wuss¨ fought years ago. And lets not forget Floyd is on the decline. Im not saying Marquez would win this time, but he'd give Floyd a tougher time than before and would do better than bums like Ghost and Devon for sure.

p.s, go suck a bag of dicks, ***

Of course he does. You think he doesn't want the money at the end of his career to get outboxed for another 12 rounds.

Its still a much better fight than the b level Guerrero.

Molina might as well be undefeated, at worst his only meaningful loss is a dq call against Kirkland.

Lara and Molina are highly skilled. You might not be interested on seeing Floud challenge himself but I am.

meh, haven't been online in a while. Had a fair idea but wasn't sure it had been confirmed.

Happy days then, I'm very excited for that fight.

Years ago, that same P4P king could have picked just about everyone in his 147 class or above to fight, yet he picked a guy with a handful of fights at 130 and 135, and ZERO fights at 140 of 147 for a fight, and he didn't even bother to make weight

    That's Mayweather for you

You dont think Alvarez/Trout challenged him?

You dont think Martinez challenges him?

You dont think Bradley challanges him?

You dont think the guy who becomes undisputed at 140 challenges him?

He doesnt have to fight guys whon bring no money, and who are, maybe top 10 fighters in their division.

He cant fight everyone, so he may as well fight the absolute elite

Relatively speaking of course. World champs or not they aren't nowhere near elite level. Floyd is the elitest boxer out there, so a fight with ghost is an ugly mismatch.

At least someone like Canelo could challenge Floyd physically, but not bony ghosts who just jumped divisions.

Yes the 40/41 years old Marquez will be FAR better than the 36 year old who fought Floyd originally....

    12 rounds better in fact.

If he is the "elitest" fighter out there, that means ALL fights are mismatches in and around his division.

Which could actually well be true.

You probably didn't read my list of fight as all those were listed bar matthyse.

For the record though, I dont think anyone south of 154 challenges him but then again I guess I rate him higher than you do.

he only has 4 fights left(max) after the next 2.

My point is,hes not going to be wasting his time fighting the likes of Molina/Lara.

Im pretty sure, that all he wants now are mega fights.

Unless Lara/Molina do somthing dramatic in the next year, they dont fall into that category.

Reality check, he could be in whatever shape you think he would be in, still he's not cracking through Mayweather's style. In this fight you clearly have two counter punchers and Mayweather has the speed advantage. Mayweather may be on the decline but he sure as hell didn't suffer a concussion in his last fight nor did he exchange toe to toe with a murderous puncher like Pacquiao recently. If anything, it's Marquez who is more vulnerable at this stage/age of his career/life and Mayweather is a terrible style match-up for him. Only idiots would be easily deceived into thinking Marquez has a good shot at beating Mayweather after that physically and mentally damaging fight at 39 years of age. What you saw in their first fight is what you're going to see again which is why Marquez(who holds a decisive one-sided loss) doesn't care to bring up Mayweather's name anymore.

P.s., anyone with a prostitute as an avatar is a hormone infested ugly pathetic simple minded virgin. That's as good of a reality check as you can get.
