spot the odd one out .... Broner. He had a good amateur career in the juniors, but nothing like the others in your list, who with the exception of Tyson were gold medalists (or should have been in the case of Mayweather).

Apples and oranges. The pro game is about pain, the ams are about points.

Moreover neither Selby nor Evans are "great" fighters. Gimme a break! :rofl

Bottom line: two best P4Pers in the world are American. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Who gives a **** about the amatuers?? None of the medal winning Brits project to be anything special as pros, just like Khan has proven not be anything special.

I didn't see Mexico winning many boxing medals at the Olypmpics either. Are you going to suggest that the UK produces better fighters than Mexico as well?

    :rofl:rofl

who cares about amateurs. It is about getting it done at the top level vs the best of the best. Boxing with headgear is not real professional boxing.

    Yup.

And he beats Burns, too. Ricky, however, will be much more competitive. In fact, I think Ricky is the second best LW around.

Burns would be more competitive than Rees, and Vasquez more competitive than Burns.

    Broner beats 'em all, though.

What do you guys think.... does TT really wants to fight for a title? If yes against Wladimir? (Dont think so) or against what ever comes after Vitali? I think when Vitali stops boxing TT could have a chance to become World Champion.:)

I think he can rest on his laurels and walk off into the sunset on this high note if he so pleases...

He'll likely not be making any more top ranked unbeaten Olympians do any drunken pop-and-locks anymore, so may as well quit while ahead. :D
