If you remember, not long ago they were $39.99, then $49.99, then $59.99, then add $10 for HD....hell probably add $20 now for 3D........The Mayweather/Cotto was a solid $69.99....a year later, is it that out of the question to see $79.99 or $89.99? I obviously haven't heard of any price, but I'm just saying it wouldn't surprise me. I'd think if they lowered it down to $39.99, they could really get more buyers, but again, I am not in that business.
Similar to MJ charging kids in the hood $130 for some sneakers. At least they're useful. But I dont believe you, OP. Maybe if prime Leonard and Robinson were fighting. Yeah, I'd buy it anyway.
I don't think so. I didn't have showtime, but bought the Pacquiao/Mosely "fight". I think anyone can buy the PPV, but might not be able to see all the extra stuff, like the 360 show or whatever it's called.
You know they'll package it as basically getting 2-3 fights that could carry their own PPV, but putting it all together. Canelo vs Trout could sell on it's own, and if Mares is on the card or even Broner. Obviously Broner and Canelo might not be PPV just yet, but soon enough.
