Another (additional) reason Floyd left HBO for Showtime: Lampley's nascent racism?

Lampley isn't Racist! Come on! His job is to basically talk about black and Hispanic folks all day long. He's not racist. Does anyone honestly think he is racist?
Is Lampley on the same level as David Duke? Come on man! That's a reach.
A racist won't work with 2 Jews and a black dude all day long. A racist won't give praise to black people constantly either.

Not all Gehtto's were black/hispanic. There were Ghetto's of all types.

Going ghetto means being rough n tough. That's all.

Ghetto's are usually tough places with high crime and no matter what race you are,you gotta be tough.

There were slaves and poor people and ghettos of all types throughout history, but clearly some stick out in people's minds more than others. "He needs to go ghetto on him" to me sounded like being from the ghetto meant you were violent, and Kirkland had to flip on his "ghetto switch". People in those communities suffer from the perception that everyone in a ghetto is violent or criminal or unintelligent.

I don't think Lampley is a racist, but he probably holds ignorant biases like most people do.
