    Yeah. Only difference now is testing is better an drugs are stronger, back than they were garbage cans in all of sports it was quantity over quality. Running crazy ass cycles. 50 percent training 50 percent drug use.

    So many of those 90s heavyweights were juicing hard. I'm sure it's been a big problem for decades now. Testing has improved, but it still sucks.

    Yes Manny was doping, it's easy for anyone to see just how inconsistent Manny has been over his career, **** the last 4 years. His skills never improved just his strent and conditioning although in his last 3 fights his power and stamina have declined by a lot. Arce is a boxer himself and no matter how punch drunk, knows better than you and me.

    FYI..Nedal Hussein( vs. Pacquiao ) is the brother of the one Arce fought( Hussein Hussein). two different fighters.
