    :deal

I thought he'd be about the same as the Wlad fight, plus or minus a pound.

    Big shock.

Maybe he likes the British food! Can't see this getting past round six now.

Certainly not, kind of relieved in a way as I put £100 on Price to win inside 6 rounds, but at the same time a bit dissapointed for obvious reasons.

I don't see The Tiger getting past round 3 or more likely round 2.

And you can quote me on this.

I thought the Skelton fight was pathetic matchmaking, but this has top trumped it. A shot, fat, US never-quite-was turning up for some quick $$$

He'll be out of there with the first half heavy shot he ships and will not need ANY encouraging to go down

Watch Wlad vs the Tiger II and on the first knockdown he wants to stay down, but the ref helps him up

That's why I knew his heart wasn't in it anymore and if I could spot that, then I'm sure as hell Maloney could.

ANOTHER pointless Price fight, but at least I will earn some serious £££ from it's obvious outcome :rasta

Maloney is matchmaking the old school way. Take a series of faded "names" who have put together some decent wins, but haven't looked threatening recently. Put them in with your marquee fighter to manufacture a record while protecting him from any real challenge. Get a major fight that, win or lose, you can cash out on with minimal risk.

I did fancy Thompson to go the distance but I suspect it could be just a matter of time given Thompson has come in so heavy.

If Thompson is static and stood there for Price to hit, I only see it going one way, I dont think there's much else to say, when Price lands he causes irrepairable damage.

Fighters should look to simply close the space and work against him, if he's looked iffy in any area its moving backwards.

OMG, that is seriously over weight.

Expect Price to wobble him at will and stop him inside 5-6 rounds.

Price needs to step it up after this, or maybe he is waiting for the Klitschko's to get old.

 Think they were talking about Price mate, not Thompson.
