    He is between 5'7" and 5'8". He is pretty short for the weight class which is why I have always said he should get a nutritionist and cut to 147. Eventually he will meet a 6' tall LMW who knows how to use his height ala Hugo Centeno Jr. and get jabbed to death.

    he cant make the cut. it would drain him and more so augment the fact that he has horrible, plodding footwork.

    his body, questionable punching power and the dilema it presents is similar to montell griffen.

    i really dont know if canelo is going to be successful at 154(this is sad because he is the wbc champion two years running) but i am certain that he will get absolutley abused at 160 when he can no longer make 154.

    chavez jr would kick the living **** out of him.

    Interesting picture, canelo doesnt even look that bulky and trout doesnt look that bulky either I wonder how they would look now facing each other in a face off also interesting is that canelo is behind them making it appear he is much smaller.

    dont forget canelo was "behind" trout only giving the illusion that the 5'9.5" austin is at least three inches taller than the 5'9" canelo.

    just an illusion.

    this picture does suggest he is much smaller which was taken 2 years ago... But still would love to see them now.


    also height doesn't worry at all its just a mystery until he steps up to a much taller for and we see them in ring to notice the difference

    You measure people at the top of the head. Going by the shoulders or eyes is stupid. Canelo is around 5'8"half or 5'9" TOPS, probably in the morning. Not much taller than that.

    why hasnt the canelo/trout fight been signed yet?

    is gbp frantically trying to make ishe/canelo?

    after all, they only gave josesito 11 weeks(no rest) to prepare for canelo after his brutal war with ortiz.

    are they trying to convince ishe to fight saul on only a nine week camp(no rest) after coming off a twelve week camp and an emotional 12-round championship fight?

    its been almost two weeks since canelo said on his twitter that hes fighting trout on may 4.
