Alright, so crazy fight between TT and price... never thought that would happen but was interested in seeing how Price would put TT away considering Wlad fought thompson twice and made it look boring but easy. Personally seeing TT in probobly the shitiest shape of his boxing life i was thinking that he would be put away in the first few rounds especially since price hits like a ton of bricks... obviously that didn't happen. What does today's result even mean? 1) lucky punch? 2) TT was better than most thought ( i thought he was deceivingly tough fighter, even though it didn't look like he did anything against wlad) 3) Price isn't as good as most thought at least at this point in his career (everyone loses but maybe he can pull a Wlad) however most of you can't deny the fact that Thomson a age 41(?) was being fed to Price for a potential build up match with (insert name here __________). Any ways the point of this thread is (drum roll) that Wlad is better than many assholes on this website give him credit for, he makes it look easy, he doesn't get hit and it isn't exciting, but i can't think of anyone who would be favorite to beat him at this point in his carreer (unless he gets old overnight). Sucks to be a Wlad hater... considering how much he has won over the last decade.
1) Anyone can get flattened at heavyweight. 2) Tony Thompson is a good fighter, though no one looks like a good fighter vs post-Peter I Wlad. 3) Wlad is a top 10 HW ATG. 4) How anyone looks in a given fight is only relative to the level of his opponent. That means a lot of good fighters are going to look like dog**** versus Wlad.
i agree... some fighters are crap but some just look like crap even though they are fairly good... and TT is one of those fighters who will not look great against wlad but against most other fighters he will do just fine. that being said i really did think he was too old and out of shape to do anything... then when i saw Price lower his hands as he was banging to the body/face of TT i thought to myself... wtf you will get knocked out against most people doing that.

I was totally shocked to see Thompson KO price. I thought for sure Price would win. Wlad's stock just went up big time. Thank God I didn't bet on this fight.
We know it sucks to be a hater.....aren't there some Mexicans slapfighting that you can admire? Maybe Toughman competitions are more your speed.............
