    Smith gives a tearful interview, saying through his 13-year journey he wasn't sure he would ever make it here.

    He gives shouts out to Diego Corrales and Vernon Forrest (RIP).

    He thanks Floyd.

    He says he got injured during training camp, and Floyd asked if he wanted to pull out and he said that he couldn't. His ribs hurt very badly.

    He says God doesn't make mistakes.

    Floyd steps in tactfully to take over the mic for Smith.

    Floyd graciously says K9 was a respectable champion and Detroit is a great city. He says he is proud of Ishe. He says everyone else turned their back on Ishe, but he saw something in him. He says he doesn't believe in giving up on a hard worker.

    Floyd thanks K9 for giving the opportunity by agreeing to defend against Smith.

    Jim Gray interviews Bundrage. No excuses. Bundrage says that Smith beat him fair and square. Bundrage is glad they gave Detroit a show and that neither got seriously hurt.

    He says he will return and take it to another level.
