Is it still possible for him to beat someone at world level?

He was considered to be able to beat world level competition.

Can he still beat boxers who are at world level?

Tony Thompson is in the top ten. He was at world level.

I still think he can make it.

That KO was embarressing, but if he fought Thompson again next month, he'd still be odds on favorite

And he'd still walk onto the same punch,he needs a stylistic overhaul,he's going to end up fighting like Manny trained Wlad IMO,but without Manny to aid him who knows what's going to happen.

    The guy is absolutely rubbish..seriously...

Whats with the stupid left hand pumping up and down doing nothing...

I dont want to watch **** fighters like that...his style is just painful to watch..

That Thompson fight was the first Price fight i have ever seen and glad of it..

Seriously i know i am about to get flamed but the guy was **** based on the eprformance i just saw...speaks volumes about his opposition to date more than of his overhyped skill.

Price doesn't have a **** style. He can't take a punch ok, but he has a monster of a right hang. Check his KO of mike Dallas and his annihilation of audley Harrison. Yes they might be crap fighters but he beat audley better than Haye did.

He should go out to the camps in Germany and train in the defence first method they teach out there. He keeps his hands to low.

    i don't think so.

lewis, khan and wlad were all written off but went on to win titles.

more so with khan and wlad.

i believe price can and still be world champ.

Price is still one of the best offensive fighters in the division & a devastating puncher but has a bad defence, i can see him upsetting a few people in the future and being a good euro level fighter, he might get a shot at the title one day but most likely will be stopped again at that level.

One loss shouldn't ruin an entire career. However, it is unfortunate that he's not particularly young.

I don't know, depends on what he does to fix his errors. Can't be protected forever.

One loss does not mean the end of a career. What it does, however,is measure your skill level. His is British and not even Euro level at this point.Beat up a couple of Brits and then try the Euro level.
    World level-forget it.

I wouldn't say that as yet because of where he was struck, but if he gets KD with a similar arm punch to the face in the future fight then it's over as a prospect.
