because they put tape directly on the skin then tried to put gauze over that... against the rules:deal PLUS they stared wrapping before anyone from team klitschko was in the room... also against the rules

vitali asked for the gauze to be removed from 1 hand and saw tape directly on the skin under

Shut up Chef. The Klitschko's are well known for their tricks behind the scenes.

First when you do it yourself (wich the Klitschkos dont because they have employes for it) you are liable when you do it on purpose or when you acted careless.
Klitschkos of course have a responsibility for the acts of theire employes. But here you have to put different standards! For example you can exuse yourself when you can show that you directed your employes properly and that you selected them properly and other possible exuses!
It is much more complicated.... But again there was no harm for Haye! So it is just stuipid to talk about this! And you guys know nothing about what happend there and about how the Klitschkos directed and selected theire employes! **** I even dont know if there is a seperated company which is concernd with safety problems. Which would be a whole different story again. I dont even know if it is part of the contract between Haye and Klitschko that the Klitschkos are responsible for the safety of Haye! Or if there is another companie involved!!! Or if HAye had his own secuirity there. All this things would have an effect on a possible responsiblity of the Klitschkos! (I know what I am talking about because I study law in the 6. semester cant be so different in the UK)
So why are we even talking about this? We know nothing about the process and how the contract look like or what reason HAyes "hard" walk in had!
Oh I know why because many here love to find something they can blame the Klitschkos! It is just that simple!

Chisora isnt the first guy the Klits made re-wrap their hands

Dean Powell has been wrapping fighters hands for 30+ years without any problems, until Wlad.

I don't know if you've seen many Haye fights but he always comes out singing to his entrance song. He's well known to be one of the most relaxed fighters about.

Carl Froch has said he wishes he was like Haye when it comes to nerves, Haye looks like he's getting ready for a stroll to the local shop 10 minutes before a fight

Thank you for outlining what i said in a slightly different way, like i said im not going to go into a great amount of detail regarding employer requirements etc. The ringwalk stunk something bad and was ill planned for one reason or the other. As you have rightly pointed out if the contractor employed to complete that part of the event ****s up having not followed standard proceedure as set out by method statements or not carried out a proper risk assessment for the situation they will be liable, i am not disputing this. However if their part of the works is tampered with or adjusted by an outside source playing silly buggers that they either know nothing about or challenge to no avail they are no longer liable and the blame would be carried over to the party that directly caused the resulting incident. If Haye had suffered an injury due to the ringwalk being too narrow and the crowd being far to close said party (K2 Promotions) are the party to blame Its not difficult for these things to be tampered with as ive said before. The worst part about it is if such a thing happened as small and stupid as it sounds, the company awarded the works would likely be liable due to a lack of evidence suggesting otherwise.

You threat your opponent with respect, end of story.
Haye's trash talk was only to build up the fight and it made them BOTH a lot of money.
Klitards actually knock Haye for using jive talk to sell a fight like its never been done before.
Wlad can sell nothing and needed Haye to get back on HBO and do PPV before he went back to free streams over the internet.

I mean most of the people who ****ed David's entrance seemed to be Britts to me. They were shouting "Come on David" and "Come on Haye". Your point is that Wlad hired Brit drunktards to **** Haye's entrance ? Does that really make sense ? I don't think so.

It is hard to understand everything you write because I am german:lol:
But there is also the possibility that the contract says that you are responsible for your own safety. Many big Boxers have a whole own secruity team. So it is normal (I know it from other big events but not from boxing) That in contracts it says that your own security team has to stand for your safety and that the otherside cant be blamed with safety problems against your own person. When your safety team is saying they can bring you safe in to the ring you have to blame them!
But again we dont know nothing about the contract and why there were this "problems" in the entrance of Haye.
Ok I am going to sleep bye!
