Where has Aplin's guide on strength and conditioning gone?

Went to print it off because it's actually really good stuff and it's not here :?.

Please tell me one of the best posts in the training section didn't get deleted?

many threads get deleted.. i posted thread with my fight, after 2 days it was deleted. i sent pm to moderators but noone answered.. strange

aplins thread was one of the best in this part of forum, and it is deleted, but stupid threads like "i have bad hook, is this because of small dick?" will always stay

 

I haven't been here very long, lurked for a bit but I don't get why they would delete something that should be a sticky... Do they seriously not care about the forum or something? lol

 

The mod of this section is top shelf. If it got deleted, it was for good reason. If he did not respond to you, it's because he doesn't need to and/or it's none of your business.

 

someone might have been quoting some type of copyrighted material or something...who knows.

 

Anyone who wants help with this sort of thing, strength and conditioning for boxing, can PM me if they like.

How strange :S If anyone wants what I posted up, just PM me - I wrote most of it down in Word. Have to say I'm kind of disappointed it got removed and completely confused as to why =/

 

esb can be some bull****...you would think they would at least tell you why...that way you would know what you did "wrong" so you dont do it again.

 

Thinking about it, I'm pretty sure someone was advertising something near the end of the thread. Could that be why? Seems a bit silly if it was, would be much better to delete the post/ban the individual...

As no mod's have informed you there was anything wrong with your posts there is no reason to think you can't re-post them.
