    This cannot be true.

    I don't believe you.

Put them in the top 100 immediately and I'll forgive you, MG.:verysad

    OK.

Out: Sammy Mandell, Johnny Kilbane, Sammy Agnott, Fidel LaBarbara (sorry Drew), Benny Lynch (sorry Benny), Beau Jack.

In: Joe Frazier, Willie Joyce, Nic Locche, Jung-Koo Chang, Philadelphia Jack O'Brien, Mike Tyson.

If anyone wants to make a heavy case for replacing on of the five dropping in, now's the time.

I'd keep Beau Jack in there, but the final 17 looks just fine otherwise.

Looks good I'd have berg at about 86 as he was considered about the best in the world around 30/31 but that's just splitting hairs really the list is awesome and the difference in even 15 places apart on this list is mostly pretty close great job

I'd have Mandell in instead of Chang though better opposition:yep

Jack versus the best he fought:

    Ike Wililams: 0-1-3
    Archer: 0-2
    Gil Tuner: 0-2
    Kid Gavilan: 0-1
    Lew Jenkis: 1-0
    Sammy Agnott: 1-0-1
    Willie Joyce: 1-0
    Bob Montgomery: 2-2
    Henry Armsrong: 1-0
    Mexican Joe Rivers: 1-0

Even in his excellent second tier his results are mixed. So he beate Potenti, but he loses to Frank Fernandez; he beats Jack Weber but he loses to John Greco. He goes one and one with Tony Janiro.

Excellent level of competition, but too inconsistent without getting over the top or distinguishing himself from someone like Montgomery. IMO, Joyce is greater based prinmarily upon his domination of Ike Williams.

But i'm all ears. A direct comparison with someone on the list and solid reasoning might change my mind.

Glad you and Butt like the look though.

Weird the way a gang of heavyweights broke in at the end, mostly at the expense of flyweights. Lewis and Holmes are in the second ten for Christ sake.

Also 2-0 against one division up and #91 ranked Zivic. Smashed up Larkin in 3 rounds. Him and Joyce are pretty even across the board I think - quality of resume, consistency and such - so Jack's getting the win between the two looks pretty nice.
