If I were Vitali I wouldn't mess with Haye. Haye had his chance and he ducked--move on. I acknowledge that Haye is dangerous, but if Haye pulled off the upset it wouldn't prove anything, since Vitali appears past prime. And it probably wouldn't be much more exciting than Wlad/Haye, a fight that most fans panned.

Vitali should fight some of the many heavyweights who are near his age. Tony Thompson. Maybe lure Valuev out of retirement? Think about Amir Mansour, Franklin Lawrence, Steve Cunningham etc. There are badass heavyweights pushing 40 out there that would be worthy opponents.

Or maybe Povetkin in Kiev or Moscow? Or fight Fury in London---farewell fight against a possible future beltholder?

Even though he is inactive and would have ring rust, I'd still bet on Haye to beat Vitali. I can even see the fight getting stopped. Wouldn't be a good way for Vitali to go out. Look at what happened to Golota on Saturday, and the difference in class was way more than Vitali-Haye

It is obvious he is ducking David Haye. After the fight against Chisora, he said "I will fight the winner Haye vs. Chisora". After Haye knocked Chisora out, no word from Vitali and no contract do David Haye.

Vitali should stay to his words or retire.

But after the fight against Valuev he fought Wlad.

You know my opinion, Vitali should have been quiet after Wlad won!!!! He should have been proud of Wlad who stick to the plan against a very dangerous David Haye who was difficult to fight. Wlad did not make mistakes and won!!!!

But after the fight Vitali started the talk again: "I want to knock David Haye out" and put the spotlight again on David Haye instead of ignoring him.

But after Haye knocked Chisora out, no word from Vitali.
    Looks not good.

    Totally right

If Vitali retires now - He should be applauded for being a great warrior with a great career - No one should ever critisize a fighter for retiring - Only they know what they have left physically or psychologically.

If Vitali carries on but fights lowly rated fighters, it will be a disappointing way to end a great career and will do him more harm than actually retiring [except financially]

But we should see what happens first before we all judge - fights can be hyped in many different ways

You lack reading comprehension fanboy. The key word here is "fact", which there is none. She even said it was an opinion herself. Understand the difference?

Mind your own business and run along now :hi:

Haye has refused to fight Vitali for several years, he could have fought Vitali in the past, but he always refused. Vitali would knock Haye out. All the same haters claimed that Haye would knock Vlad out, all Haye did was run, hold, fall down on the canvas, etc., he simply refused to fight, he was afraid. Vitali will kick his arse, but Haye gave so many problems before the fight, he pulled out, ran away, which he should do.

If Vitali fights on and doesn't fight Haye he'll look like a *****. This is from somebody who has backed Vitali's side of the feud all the time.

Haye needs to beat the #1 contender and ear a shot, he didn't earn a shot at Vlad. I would love to watch Vitali knock Haye out. Hell, Haye would run like Hell like he did when faked a fight with Vlad.
