I hope Matthysse doesn´t take it and pursues Garcia. I kinda wish Judah could beat Garcia because he would give Matthysse a rematch.

 

The way I see it, any top names at 140 fighting each other right now can only be good, don't care who it is. I hope this goes ahead, boxing needs cards like this.

 

Matthysse-PEDerson will be an excellent fight. No prizes for guessing who GBP would want to win that one. :good

Matthysse would be stupid to pass up a money fight, with a belt on the line. He's not guaranteed Garcia until he becomes the only other recognized champ at 140 (Barring Marquez, who's never coming back to 140).

 

Good card, hopefully it comes together and noone pulls out. The Peterson-Matthysee is the main fight here. I'd like to see the winner face Garcia, if he beats Judah, to see who's the top jr welter.

GBP and team Garcia would use the IBF for ducking. Thats why i dont want Matthysse to win a belt before he faces Garcia. He is the mandatory.
Lets not forget that Matthysse - Garcia would be a bigger fight :deal

 

Who had Matthysse fought up until that point? Last I checked, Garcia beat the man, who beat the man. You're not using logic. We're talking about forcing GBP's hand. After losing to Judah AND Alexander, you act like Matthysee should've been at the forefront.
