As opposed to Pacquaio, who fought Margarito coming off of a one year suspension, (granted, he had one comeback fight where he looked like dog ****) then enforced a 150lb catchweight and managed to get the fight for a 'World title' despite it being at the catchweight and NEITHER guy being ranked by a governing body?

    Wonderful.

So who should he have fought instead? Berto? Ortiz?

At least he fought Margarito (who he gave away 20lbs to on fight night btw) -- and your gonna tell me that was a safe choice? Compared to who?

Williams called him out but of course Pacquiao turned that down to fight someone who hadn't done **** in years to fight a 154 instead.

Arguable. Clottey's not a level below Cotto, however Pac's welter stature had grown so much it was perceived as less risky. Other than Floyd, who were these riskier welters he missed out on?

So? He gave away 20lbs, he did so against a guy who had been almost totally inactive for donkeys, meaning his timing wasn't what it should of been, and having induced the catchweight, had forced Margarito to focus his training on weight loss, rather than on training to fight Pacquaio.

Berto was a very viable option at that point, but what with being below 35, active and unbeaten at that point, Pacquaio wasn't taking that risk. Not unless 142lbs was an option.

Who isn't wary of a much bigger guy going up to his 7th division? Do I really need to draw some comparisons for you? You won't like it, again.

Who was calling for a Pacquiao Berto fight ?? If he beat Berto you'd be calling it a pointless win today.

That stuff you wrote about margo are just excuses. He looked great in the fight physically, and he dwarfed pacquiao in size.

It was risky because of the possibility that Marg comes in good shape, with chin intact from Mosley. Exactly as it happened. Did you see a diminished Marg there?

Wins should be taken for what they are at the time Gander, not how they look in the context of history.

What that I said about Margarito isn't true?

    Did you not?

Garcia had changed his style, thus Marg was trying to fight a poised fight, when he really should of been doing the opposite.

If you want to talk about diminished, did you not see the previous fight against Roberto Garcia?
