He hasn't agreed to **** on testing, he supposedly agreed prior to the first negotiations (did he not?), Floyd gave them a window (which was more than fair...Manny's team rejected), they enlisted the help of an arbitrator Top Rank couldn't abide by the rules and misled the public about the negotiations (well documented and accepted as fact)...I mean this **** goes on an on and on. You can talk about "health" or whatever but the reality is that when the chips were on the table Manny walked to fight Clottey, point blank.
