Yes Tyson was a small heavyweight imo. Same as Floyd is very very small for a welterweight but has the skills to pay the bills against much bigger guys. I bet Floyd could even make 135 with draining water weight if he really wanted to like most fighters drain weight.

Yes Hagler was small compared to the other middles mentioned but in his day you had to weigh-in the morning of the fight. If he was fighting today I'm sure he would fight at 154 with the previous day weigh-ins.
