    GBP wants Matthysse to either lose or win the IBF belt because Garcia can say "**** off, WBC dont allow to be unified".

    Peterson vs Matthysse is a fight that makes sense. Peterson is a fighter who has fought the very top of the 140lb division. Matthysse is a fighter who has not, but has looked impressive feasting on Ajose and Mike Dallas Jr. :)lol:). The winner of this fight will have a deserved title shot.

    Zab lost to Khan (badly), and Alexander lost to Bradley(badly). Both fighters Matthysse took an L against, despite how disputed.

    Peterson got a hometown decision versus Khan and lost to Bradley. Also, I would not say that Judah lost to Khan badly, that is not true.

    To my point,Matthysse has faced the top jr. welters in the world.

    Maybe Matthysse shouldnt take the Peterson fight, and just wait for his shot at Garcia since it will be next. Just doesnt make much sense to fight Peterson when hes next in line for Garcia.

    I actually think Judah would give Matthysse another shot if he beat Garcia.

    No way Lucas gets a chance at Garcia though. GBP looks to be setting him up for a Khan rematch in the fall.

    I doubt Judah would give him a rematch if he emerges victorious against Danny. He'll probably vacate the WBC belt and look for another big money fight. Matthysse seemed to have figured out Judah in the later rounds after a slow start.

    He totally dominated the second half of their fight.
