    I agree
The best move would have been to fight Canelo on may 4th on Mexican holiday but we know why he didn't :yep

    Real Talk.

When the strategy for Margarito depends on one of the best conditioned athletes in boxing to 'wear down', you know you're reaching for straws.

And as I've pointed out numerous times, even if Mayweather didn't completely use his legs, it doesn't gaurantee Margo any success.

A much more limited, Joshua Clottey with a broken hand (allegedly) stood in front of Margarito for huge segments of that fight and was able to effectively block and dodge while exploding out of a defensive position to land shots. This in a fight that took place a month after the Baldomir/Mayweather fight.

The Margarito hype train is, and always has been, comical.

    Margarito's wins over Martinez & Cotto >Baldo

    Baldo's win over Judah >Cintron

You're simply a retired ******* who's jumped on the Matthysse bandwagon. It's a proven fact that you don't know wtf you're talking about on almost every occasion. Always dick-riding another poster and hanging of people's coat tails.

So basically, you're upset that Mayweather fought a plodding, slow handed fighter with ZERO chance for the lineal WW belt AND more money instead of a bigger, equally plodding, slower handed fighter with a little more pop with a (at best) 1 PERCENT chance of winning?

Is that what this is about? Really?

You are the dumbass who thinks Margo stood a chance against Floyd. The reason why they didn't fight is bc Margo was a nobody. If Floyd was so scare then he wouldn't have fought the guy who iced his "boogeyman"

Oh yeah bc no one ever tried to pressure floyd in the past.:rofl
Margo fought nothing but cans back then and glass heart cintron but somehow Floyd feared Margo's looping punch, slow hands pressure. The best Defensive boxer can't get out of the range of Margo? Is that your story????

Oscar fought Floyd in a tiny ring and didn't ko Floyd and Oscar is bigger than Margo and 3x more skilled.

Floyd Mayweather is so great, that he can cherry pick the lineal champion of a weight class that he is undersized for

The fight right before the Baldomir fight, Floyd weighed 146 the day of the fight. :rofl this guy is smaller than some lightweights, but people are saying he cherrypicked the lineal champ

If he is such a small welter then why couldn't he make his catchweight for Marquez?

Oh okay. Mis understood your post.

So you don't believe that today's Mayweather is a small welter? Because a lot of people argue that he is.
