Yea that's basically my point. I still believe Pacquiao could give him the toughest fight of his career but that's assuming he isn't affected long term by what JMM did to his face.

Why 2 weight classes though? Isn't he 2x SWW champ, currently ranked #1? There's all these guys that want to face him at 154 badly: Martinez, Trout, Canelo, bunch more. For sure more challenging than Guerrero or Alexander.

As a fan I care a great deal about who he fights, but I'm not as critical as most people looking at it right now the only person i think has a legit chance to beat Mayweather is Martinez only for the simple fact that he's a damn middle weight an i still want that fight at 160. Lets be real is Guerrero going to beat Mayweather No, but neither is Pac,Bradley,Alvarez,Trout ect.. Sure he could fight more thats really my only knock on em. But as far as comp goes he's faught every big fight he could outside of Pacquiao (blame who you want). People need to stop crying over that Margarito **** because Margarito and Williams are in the same level as Guerrero and Ortiz, my heart goes out to Williams I hope he gets healthy but between the two if them the only elite fighter they beat was cotto. People joke and say all you have to do is beat Berto that's not true the reason they got that fight is because when it was time to step up they won. When margaritos name was brought up for a Mayweather fight every time he lost his very next fight same with Williams.
People may not like what I'm saying ask seriously ask yourself this question considering that fact that all four of Those guys were basically fighting the same level of competition what makes Margarito and Williams these big legacy fights, that you can base a mans career off of.

You know you'd be whining about it. You whine about everything else but you wouldn't whine about a Bradley fight? Yeah ****ing right.

As long as he faces the top or most compelling guy at weight? I don't care.

That is all we can ask of any fighter.

His accomplishments are far more deserving than almost all of the alternatives.

Don't undervalue Guerrero's resume. That "ayldin guy" you say would be your boy Lucas Matthysse's best or second best victory of his career. And did you watch it? It was a clear 7-5 at the very worst for Robert. Keep in mind going in that Aydin was widely considered to be one of and some respectable opinions said the hardest puncher at WW.

Any match up can be discredited beyond belief. No exceptions.

Am I wrong? Floyd doesn't have to go 2 weight classes up to find better comp than Guerrero, he can get that by defending his belt and #1 ranking at 154.
