This PPV will do awful buys. It'll be lucky to crack a 800K at this rate.

With Canelo it would have got to over a million.

 

PBF don't need Canelo. He has no right to try and dictate terms to PBF.

People on here might be hollarin that they're not going to buy it because of Canelo, but when the numbers come out still with 1.2, 1.3, then what. There's other fights, especially at 140 that that fit in and probably be better than Canelo/Trout.

 

Canelo doesn't need Floyd either. Having Canelo on the undercard would greatly increase the number of PPV buys. Why would Canelo make Floyd's bank bigger, if Floyd is going to punk out and not fight him next?

 

We'll see. GBP can salvage the card by cannibalizing some of their other planned cards to fill out the undercard and juice the buyrate, but I wouldn't bet on them doing that.

If it gets to 1.2 or 1.3 million, I'll be very impressed, and eat my share of crow. I don't see that happening though, barring a major shakeup, like GBP putting Garcia/Zab, Lamont/Matthysse, Lopez/Maidana, or a similar shuffle of their other upcoming plans to load the **** out of the card.
