The best part is that he targets Conn for the Villa call. Billy Conn? Seriously? Maybe take an easier route, buddy.

I guess it's gonna' be pretty painful trying to rank Pancho Villa, Frankie Genaro, Newsboy Brown, Fidel Labarba, Benny Lynch against each other.

Let me ask you this Orriray.. Does Jack Johnson have a top 5.. or top 3 pre title run for any HW in history? We're talking about a guy who beat the men you listed along with McVea, Sandy Ferguson, Ed Martin, Young Peter Jackson... Johnson's pre-title reign is something of legends. So where do you rate pre title reign?

Then after that.. sure his title reign wasn't the best ever... yet he still reigned for a very very long time. ****, he practically went a decade before he was defeated... something only someone like Joe Louis can compare with. Yet, you act like Johnson doesn't even deserve a mention or a place here... Sorry, no dice there.

Well I'm high on him. But I restrained myself here. I overated him previously.

No, he's worthy of top 100.

Where did you rate him? I'm getting 12 minutes of Wolgast Vs Small Montana (one of their fights, not sure which) have you seen it?

The small amount of film we have, against a top, top fighter no less, does Midget a very good service IMO.

No, it was a quality picture.

Yeah, you can put Wolgast in.

But he didn't distinguish himself from Genaro really.

I need to find out more about Black Bill 'cause he's always seemed like Wolgast's best win for me.

Labarba or Wolgast P4P? Wolgast almost has a Toney-esque run late on doesn't he, but does he get points for rarely getting stopped against bigger guys?

Chocolate has been ripped a bit here; but are we taking him over Zurita, a probably underappreciated Mexican great.
