Don't understand why this seems unfair to a lot of fans. He's a recidivist. He's has been caught on substances a couple of times now and even if it is just pot this time, in any other sport he would have already been banned for a couple of years now.

9 months is pretty harsh for a drug that's really a performance de-hancment and to top it all off the guy gets a 900,000 dollar fine! The only thing I can think of, as to why the penalty was so harsh is because of his past behavior, and the whole diuretic fiasco.
It's bull****. He got more for smoking a bit of weed than he did for taking drugs that allowed him to fight people 30 lbs lighter than him. Why can't a bit of ****ing common sense be applied. atsch
