All fighters "boil down" as you say including Geale at middle. Is Geale a super middle according to you then ?

Hopkins is a genetic freak, evidenced by his capability of moving up to LHW from MW and comfortably competing there.

Taylor and Pavlik were both big MWs and fought at that weight because they carried their power better in that division, hence their very ordinary perfomances once they moved north of MW. They had to move up because they could no longer make weight at MW without having to strip/boil down.

You chose these 3 to compare Geale to in an effort to substantiate your claim that Geale is a small MW.

Why didn't you compare him to OOH I DON'T KNOW :think Martinez? Golovkin? Soliman? JCC jr? Sturm?

Perhaps because in your opinion they too are all small MWs?

He didn't exactly throw the baby out with the dishwater. He won two belts and their rules clash.
I wouldn't hock a Ferrari to drive around in a Sigma and I have a feeling Geale values these belts accordingly.
GGG inheriting Geales belt has set up a mouthwatering fight and it would have been planned this way.
