    Bunce told everyone sane to leave for CHB, it was his call and scream for help, he was hounded of this cesspit, and thus set up camp elsewhere. Little did he know, that months later, it would be infiltrated by his demented followers again!

    If Frank can't meet the terms of the contract (ie, agreeing to pay a percentage of the final fee upfront), then there's no grounds to sue for termination. His failure to meet the terms rendered it null and void if Groves chooses to exit rather than clam compensation.
