As a Mayweather fan is it weird to want to see Pac redeem himself?

Some Mayweather fans are at least equally as racist as some Pacquiao fans. That much was clear when they all leapt to his defense when he made that racist video about Manny.

If Pacquiao had held a press conference where he said Floyd was a cotton picking, fried-chicken eating, grape kool-aid drinking ape, you all would be ripping him up. But apparently it's okay for Mayweather to be racist against Asians. Double standards, eh?

As for the TS, no. It shows you're a fan of the sport, not one fighter.

I'm not a fan of Mayweather's, but I still wouldn't want to see him get violently KO'd to the point where I thought he might be dead or seriously injured, and if he did, I'd want to see if he could come back and redeem himself.

Remember this thread (or any of the threads like it that came out around that time) or the rant that touched it off?

The only known Mayweather fan in the thread to express serious disapproval with what he said was, ironically, MichiganWarrior. Many Floyd fans either brushed it off as not a big deal, or declined to weigh in over all (maybe there were more threads like this that can be searched, I'm not sure.)

Bottom line is, I wasn't specifically referring to this site, just the general public.

Personally, it was ignorant (what's new with the Mayweather clan). But to be honest, with seeing countless comments by racist Filipino's on his facebook account. Comments by them on youtube videos of his fights and in the various forums. Him saying Pacquiao can make him some East Asian delicacies, didn't really rock my boat. But then again, I'm a vengeful S.O.B.

 

I want pac to KO Marquez next.

Then KO Bradley, Lucas, Danny, whoever they put infront of him.

Then i want Mayweather to put him back to sleep like we all should of seen years ago, or atleast a TKO.

Of course, some people missed the memo. This goes for fans of Mayweather and Pacquiao. As well as every other single significant fanbase.

Sure, I don't see why not? Boxing isn't just about watching someone get ko'd, pointing fingers and laughing at them. It's about sportsmanship and disclipine. Even Mike Tyson (as vicious as he was) after ko'ing his opponents quickly went over to check if they were still alive.

As a fan of both, I do. But not against Marquez. Marquez should serve as a shield or barrier to a Manny fight with Floyd.
