    You can clinch in boxing, like the person said you can't hug, which is why they used to let people clinch as long as they had a free hand, that alone negates any lull in action if the fighter is willing.

    If you count the KBros and Steward I guess, but nothing like it would be with Garcia bringing the fighters into the titles which IMO is better.
