    van Heerden is throwing pitty-pat combos but keeping Hatton shy. van Heerden brushes his gloves all over Hatton's guard and manages to get a few touches on the upper dome. Hatton swings wide to the body, reckless and uncoordinated, and they clinch when the momentum of his misses bring them together. Messy, messy stuff. van Heerden pops the jab. Hatton puts up his left mitt to catch it while backing up. Straight flurries by van Heerden. NICE chopping right by Hatton after spinning out and pushing van Heerden to the ropes. van Heerden gets mad and chops in on him, and they clinch.
