If Floyd Mayweather had implemented the bob and weave could he have dominated MW-LHW?

While I was thinking about how Martinez could do with a bob/weave style, I realize that a even more effective fighter that can pull this off would have been Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Floyd is naturally smaller than Martinez and have much better defense. Floyd at 5'7 will be a nightmare with that style against 6'3 MW'S like Pavlik and 6'2 MW'S like Taylor.
Do you guys think that if Floyd had trained himself specifically for the bob and weave he could dominate the higher divisions?

How is this a hard question? Mike Tyson was a 5'10 heavyweight who knocked out guys that was 6'3-6'6 and much much bigger because of his bob and weave. Floyd is a 5'7 former light weight who can effectively fight at 154 now. The reason people say Floyd can not go up to 160+ is because of size. If Floyd had used the bob/weave from the beginning of his career+ combine that with his defense.. he would dominate the much bigger guys like Tyson. He is a better boxer than Tyson so he could implement the bob and weave better.

No he isn't. He's 5'7. That's why I think he could have implemented the bob and weave. Broner is 5'5 and Floyd is clearly 2 inches taller. I met both and had dinner with both. Floyd is 5'7 exactly. Do you think it's too late for him though to implement a new fighting tactic?

In 2007 there was talks of a show down between Floyd and MW Champion Jermain Taylor who was still undefeated at the time. Do you guys think that a bob and weave tactic would work better against Taylor than what Floyd normally do?
