As a Mayweather fan, I'm actually petriified of this upcoming fight with Guerrero.

I genuinely believe it's a 50/50 fight. I think I'll sweat a whole lot more in this fight than his other ones. Lots of action, could be a major thriller and we could see Mayweather get dropped for the first time in his career.

1. Mayweather's age (36) now and a noticeable loss of a step or two

2. Mayweather's inactivity (1 year since the Cotto fight)

3. A lack of drive possibly since being at the top for so long.

4. Already secured a 6 fight contract with Showtime/CBS, worth 250-300 million dollars guaranteed. In other words, he could lose and still be well off so that "0" doesn't really mean that much to him anymore.

5. The biggest determining factor

His jail time

No fresh water
A severe lack of good sustenance adequate for an athlete of his calibre
Wasn't allowed to use the gym equipment. (He was only doing pushups/situps while being in the hole)
Being locked up for 23 hours (weekdays), 24 on weekends. This could mentally scar any good man.

6. Guerrero is HUNGRY, this will be the biggest match of his life and he will come with a vengeance.

7. Guerrero is equipped with a great arsenal himself (Dirty boxing) and has already seen the shoulder roll in action (Berto). This will give him a definitely advantage.

8. Roger having health issues and his dad taking over in the camp. (Yes Roger will be there) but it will be very different.

 

Well I'm actually scared for him. So dumb that people request for him to take such a difficult fight after coming out of prison.

I think he should of taken a tune-up at this point in his career.

Not everyone is like Hopkins. Mayweather (Although hasn't taken much punishment in his boxing career) has lost a lot of speed/reflexes.

That jail time probably destroyed him.
